[Wafer Fab] Principal Process Integration Engineer

Role Overview:Responsible for developing, optimizing, and integrating semiconductor processes to meet technical and yield targets, supporting product transfer, and resolving process-related issues. Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize custom or derivative semiconductor processes.Conduct DOE, monitor process metrics, and maintain ET/CPK standards.Identify and resolve integration issues and yield opportunities.Run prototype lots and support process change requests.Liaise with internal and customer engineers on technical concerns.Document processes and create FMEA for new/derivative processes. Ideal Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor process integration or technology development.
