The company helps corporate companies to do media promotions (Newspapers, Cinema Branding, FM Channels, Radio, Outdoor Hoardings, TV Channels, Digital Media etc) without spending cash, i.e by simply paying in kind through their own goods & services. The company is maintaining warehouses in Bangalore with supply PAN India.

Summary :
Experience:
1 - 2 Years of Experience in any CA firms, B2B or B2C segments of handling back operations related to accounts, stock management and media coordination’s and related fields. Proficiency in handling tally and MS office is required.

Compensation:

Role:
Coordination with company’s CA regarding GST return filing, TDS filing, PT Filing and different audit documents required. Coordination with client companies related to account reconciliation and payments follow-ups, Updating clients on ongoing media campaigns. Coordination of deliveries with warehouse team, interaction with customers, maintaining coordination with delivery partners, payment gateways and issue fixing for Dealsmith India Pvt Ltd (Krazeal.com).
The same is work from office Job with visit to warehouses during deliveries and as and when needed. WFM will be given in only rare cases with prior approval.
Desired Candidate Profile
Post Graduates/Graduates - Male candidates with sound knowledge of Tally software, TDS Returns, GST returns, company compliances handling company accounts and transactions, excellent communication skills, Fluency in English & Hindi. Fluency in operating MS Office & mailing ethics. Sound knowledge of client interaction, warehousing operations management.

Male candidates with work experience in Accounts/Tally segment will be preferred.
Job Description
Candidate will be Responsible for following tasks in Bangalore:
a) Preparing all sales in and sales out reports.
b) Coordination with team to update same in Tally and verify same on timely basis.
c) Coordination with CA and details for GSTR returns, TDS returns, PT returns, PF returns etc
d) Preparation & documentation of invoices.
e) Matching & reviewing payment reconciliations for Krazeal.
f) Preparing & handling TDS payments with reports.
g) Keep a track on GST/TDS from GST portal.
h) Keep a track on all client ledgers
i) Maintaining a register of all input payments, payouts and petty cash registers.
j) Keep a track on timely renewal of all FSSAI and other required licenses.
k) Coordination with warehouse team while deliveries and keep a track on all stock deliveries.
l) Maintain excel and match all stock in & stock out deliveries with bills received from clients.
m) Maintain all stock in and out reports.
n) Account reconciliation of all client as per tally ledgers on timely basis and confirmation from client.
o) Coordination with client companies for payment follow-ups and other account related issues.
p) Efficient and effective management of company accounts and transactions.
