Team members collaborate closely with product and engineering to shape tools that directly impact customer growth and business outcomes.Role Description The Sales Account Executive role at Gushwork is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, and presenting Gushwork’s AI marketing solutions to small and medium businesses. The Sales Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and product demonstrations to negotiation, closing, and onboarding coordination.
Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a strong pipeline, nurturing relationships with new and existing accounts, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and providing consistent feedback based on customer needs. The role also requires tracking performance metrics in CRM tools and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.Qualifications Strong lead generation and prospecting skills, including experience with outbound and inbound sales.Proven account management capabilities to manage the full sales cycle and grow existing accounts.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.Demonstrated relationship building and customer service skills to foster trust and long-term partnerships.Familiarity with B2B SaaS or technology sales; experience selling marketing or AI solutions is an advantage.Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
