Company: Client of D'GenMinds - Healthcare Product Company The Director of AR is responsible for ramping up AR Operations. This role ensures the seamless transition of AR work from Global Partners while continuously improving outcomes through best practices, automation, and people management. The Director will build a strong AR team at all levels to ensure the quality and productivity of operations meet best-in-class standards Primary Duties and Responsibilities Build and Execute AR Strategy – Ensure front-end processes are well-defined so claims are paid in full by payers and AR balances are minimized wherever possible.
Oversee the timely resolution of claims with balances and design teams to manage spikes while keeping backlogs within permissible limits. Plan AR operations at the practice level based on the DDIE (Discover-Design-Implement-Execute) framework. Bring ownership to practice-level AR and work with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
Monitor practice KPIs closely to maintain a practice-level focus. Continuous Improvement and Automation – Identify opportunities to improve the quality and productivity of deliverables through automation within and outside the PM.Drive initiatives for workflow optimization, decision tree enhancements, and technology updates to implement change effectively. Collaboration Across Teams Work closely with other teams across geographies to develop world-class AR pract ices.Ensure effective coordination within AR teams and across other functions.
Client Escalation Management: Participate in client escalation discussions and develop focused plans to resolve issues and improve client retention. Training and Team Development: Collaborate with Quality and Training teams to equip AR teams with the required knowledge at both vertical and practice levels. Ensure teams remain focused and aligned with business goals.
Quality Assurance: Maintain expected quality standards through focused audits and quality awareness p rograms. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Plann ing Ensure timely hiring of a workforce aligned with requirements in terms of knowledge and cultural fit. Work closely with TA teams to ramp up capacity as planned.
Employee Engagement: Maintain high employee satisfaction and build strong relationships across teams.Monitor and manage employee attrition to ensure stability within AR teams. Qualifications: Proven experience in AR operations and leadership Strong expertise in process improvement and automation Excellent people management and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to drive change and implement best practices across geographies
