Our team of 35+ professionals, including CAs and ACCAs, delivers accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services to international clients from New Delhi. We're a performance-driven firm. The Role We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to independently manage accounting operations for a portfolio of international clients. This is not an assistant role. You will own your client deliverables, coordinate directly with clients, and provide guidance to junior team members. What You'll Do Own end-to-end accounting for assigned clients: bookkeeping, journal entries, general ledger management, AP/AR, and bank and balance sheet reconciliations Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes independently Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management summaries with minimal supervision Support financial analysis, pricing, and revenue management for client engagements (full training provided — no prior experience in these areas required) Be the primary point of contact for routine and complex client accounting matters Participate in client calls: understanding requirements, resolving queries, and proactively flagging issues Review and guide the work of L2 Executives on your accounts, ensuring accuracy and timelines are met Work across cloud-based platforms, including QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and Zoho What We're Looking For Bachelor's in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; M.Com preferred CA/ACCA preferred.

Semi-qualified CA/ACCA considered, provided no exams are pending and there are no plans to appear for any further exams in the future 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably with international or multi-entity clients Proficiency in QBO and/or Xero, or demonstrated ability to pick up cloud accounting tools quickly Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations Clear written and verbal communication; you will interact directly with international clients Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously Why BeeBee Work with international clients across the US, UK, Singapore and Canada from Day 1 Hybrid flexibility with a results-first culture Work alongside CAs and ACCAs with deep domain expertise
