We're looking for experienced Planning professionals with a strong track record in managing MEP construction planning, scheduling, and project controls across large-scale commercial, hyperscale datacenter, or other mission-critical infrastructure projects. Your Impact As a Planning professional, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of mission-critical infrastructure projects by: Developing and managing integrated project schedules with a primary focus on MEP works and associated Civil activities.

Monitoring project progress, milestones, and commissioning activities to ensure timely project delivery. Collaborating with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Consultants, Contractors, and Project Management teams for seamless project execution. Tracking procurement, material deliveries, resource deployment, and construction progress to keep projects on schedule.

Identifying schedule risks, delays, and bottlenecks while implementing effective mitigation and recovery plans. Preparing project MIS reports, dashboards, and planning documentation to support informed decision-making. Ensuring construction activities align with project timelines, quality standards, and organizational processes.

Supporting testing, commissioning, and successful project handovers. Who We're Looking For B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. 5–15 years of experience in MEP construction planning, scheduling, and project controls. Strong understanding of MEP execution, procurement coordination, testing & commissioning, and project lifecycle management, with working knowledge of Civil construction activities.

Experience in Data Centers, Mission-Critical Facilities, Industrial, Commercial Buildings, EPC, or Large Infrastructure Projects is highly preferred. Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills. PMP or equivalent Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
