Role Description The AI Adoption & Program Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving organization-wide understanding, adoption, and effective use of AI tools and solutions. This role oversees the planning and rollout of AI initiatives, including assessing business processes, identifying use cases, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, designing and delivering training and communication programs, developing adoption roadmaps, and monitoring usage and outcomes to refine AI strategies.
The AI Adoption & Program Lead will collaborate closely with leadership, technology teams, and business units to align AI projects with organizational goals, manage change, and ensure responsible and ethical application of AI. The role also involves preparing reports and analytics on AI program performance, capturing feedback from users, and continuously improving frameworks, guidelines, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Adoption and Program Management, with experience in driving organizational change and technology adoption.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and stakeholder engagement skills to create clear messaging, training materials, and support for diverse user groups.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to evaluate AI use cases, measure impact, interpret data, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Social Work and Foster Care–like principles of advocacy, empathy, and support, applied here to guiding teams through change and ensuring responsible AI practices.
- Relevant experience in AI, digital transformation, or technology implementation in large organizations, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; certifications in AI, change management, or project management are an advantage.
