The JobThe Assistant HRA Officer role is designed for fresh school leavers or individuals making a mid-career switch who are interested in building a long-term career in Human Resources and Administration.You will provide administrative and coordination support within the HR & Administration (HRA) section, contributing to the smooth running of daily HR and office operations. Through hands on involvement in foundational HR and administrative activities, you will gain practical exposure to how ground level support work contributes to organisational effectiveness.This role suits individuals who are adaptable, collaborative, and willing to support across different areas, rather than working within rigidly defined boundaries. You will be guided by the HRA team, with opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the HRA function, subject to performance and organisational needs. The DailyOffice & Administrative Support• Provide general administrative support, managing mails, office & pantries supplies procurement, upkeeping of the office equipment or fixtures through coordination with the appointed service providers, and processing payments for the invoices received.• Support front facing office and reception duties when required, such as receiving visitors, managing meeting room bookings, and handling basic enquiriesHuman Resources Support• Provide administrative and coordination support in HR operations such as recruitment activities (coordinate/arrange interviews), training administration (attendance tracking, training records, and coordination with training providers) and support in the employee’s engagement initiatives (organise wellness activities or talks).• Support in HRA projects or assignments as required The Essentials• Fresh graduates or school leavers seeking their first role as an Assistant HRA Officer• Individuals making a mid-career switch into HR & Administration• Candidates who are reliable, organised, and willing to support where needed• Those who do not draw overly rigid lines between responsibilities and are comfortable contributing across HR and administrative tasks• Individuals looking for a stable role with long term development potential________________________________________Development & ProgressionThis role provides broad exposure to HR and administrative fundamentals.
