Associate Director Sales, Exp 3- 10 years
At MediaKart, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic professional who is passionate about the digital advertising ecosystem and building strong industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across agencies and direct clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across media agencies, brands, and advertisers.
- Identify opportunities for MediaKart’s digital advertising solutions and develop strategic sales plans.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital advertising technologies, and competitive offerings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Working experience in digital advertising sales, ad-tech, media sales, programmatic, OTT, performance marketing, or related domains.
- Strong network across media agencies, brands, and marketing decision-makers in the West market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
- Existing relationships with agency groups and direct advertisers will be highly preferred.
