About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Program Advisors to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right upskilling programs.
This is an inside sales and admissions role, where you will work on qualified student enquiries, understand learner requirements, explain course offerings, and help candidates complete the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
- Understand students' educational background and career aspirations
- Recommend suitable courses based on their goals
- Explain course curriculum, certifications, schedules, fees, and career support
Admissions & Sales
- Handle qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Follow up with interested students regularly
- Resolve admission-related queries
- Help students complete documentation and enrollment
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Lead Management
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
- Update enquiry status and follow-up activities
- Track admissions pipeline
- Ensure timely communication with every prospective student
Student Experience
- Build positive relationships with students throughout the admission process
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Ensure an excellent counselling experience
Skills Required
- 1-3 years of experience in any of the following:
- EdTech Sales
- Admissions Counselling
- Academic Counselling
- Inside Sales
- Education Sales
- Career Counselling
- B2C Sales
- Student Recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working on admission targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is preferred
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- MBA is an added advantage (not mandatory)
