We don't just sell design services, we partner with founders, product leaders, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where design can create measurable business impact.
We're looking for a Sales Executive who enjoys understanding business problems, building relationships, and driving strategic conversations with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and consultative sales conversations with founders, product managers, CXOs, and business leaders.
- Understand client business goals, customer pain points, product challenges, and growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities where Yellow Slice can solve business problems.
- Collaborate with leadership and design teams to create customized, insight-driven proposals and solution recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- Drive opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements.
- Represent Yellow Slice during client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital products, UX, customer experience, AI, and business strategy to have meaningful conversations with clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into strategic solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Proactive approach towards lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- Ability to think strategically and solve business problems rather than simply selling services.
- Comfortable using AI tools and modern productivity tools.
- Strong proposal writing and solution presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Experience working with digital agencies, SaaS companies, product companies.
- Prior experience selling digital services, UX/UI Design, Product Design, Software Services, Technology Solutions, or Consulting Services will be an added advantage.
- Existing networks within startups, founders, product companies, or the technology ecosystem will be an added advantage.
