Role Description The Business Development Executive role at CliniKite is a full-time, field sales position based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with independent doctors and small clinics, conducting outreach to potential clients, and managing to schedule demo calls and meetings. The Business Development Executive will engage in product demonstrations, consultative discussions, and follow-ups to understand clinic needs and position CliniKite’s solutions effectively.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, nurturing relationships, coordinating with internal teams to support client onboarding, and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also includes gathering market feedback, contributing to go-to-market initiatives, and representing CliniKite at industry events or meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation activities to build a strong pipeline of clinic and doctor accounts.
- Skills in Account Management and relationship building to maintain and grow existing customer partnerships.
- Strong Business and Communication skills to conduct consultative sales conversations and deliver clear product presentations.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role in Chennai, with readiness to travel locally for meetings and demos.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, analyze sales data, and report on progress against targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field experience is preferred.
