We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, building client relationships, and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through outbound prospecting.
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Drive new business acquisition and consistently generate revenue by converting leads into clients.
Identify business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful client onboarding and conversions.
Maintain CRM records and track lead status.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, and sales.
Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
Experience working with a digital marketing agency is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on experience in B2B and B2C client acquisition.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
