Our newly launched Experience Centre is a dedicated space where architects, interior designers, and premium clients can physically interact with our cutting-edge lighting solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
The Role
We are looking for a driven and highly presentable Business Development Executive to be the face of our Experience Centre. You will play a pivotal role in driving B2B relationships, managing high-value client walkthroughs, and expanding our footprint within the architectural and design communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and lighting consultants.
Experience Centre Management: Host curated walkthroughs and consultations for clients, effectively demonstrating the technical capabilities and aesthetic value of our lighting fixtures.
Pipeline Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach to secure high-ticket lighting projects.
Consultative Selling: Understand client blueprints, spatial requirements, and technical lighting layouts to propose tailored lighting solutions.
Market Strategy: Stay updated on luxury design trends, competitor activities, and architectural developments to position KRAF Illumination effectively.
Who You Are:
You have 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or luxury retail (experience in architectural products, lighting, interior design, or high-end real estate is a major plus).
You possess a strong appreciation for minimalist aesthetics, premium design, and luxury brand management.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with high-net-worth individuals and design professionals.
You are target-driven, organized, and capable of managing a sales cycle from initial contact to project closure.
