About the Role
Lanstitut Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities.
- Present the company's products and services to clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings whenever required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
