Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Managers/Business Development Executives in the real estate sector, specifically in plots/land sales. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project sales in the Haryana region/Delhi (Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Rohtak).
Responsibilities
1. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for plot sales
3. Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
4. Generate and oversee lead generation activities (digital, references, brokers, etc.)
5. Handle high-value clients and close critical deals
6. Conduct site visits with clients and support team members when required
7. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
9. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution and lead management
10. Ensure proper documentation and smooth closure of deals
11. Basic knowledge of CRM Portal
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in plots/land sales
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Good knowledge of Haryana real estate market (Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Kundli)
4. Ability to work independently and meet targets
5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
6.CRM experience is preferred
