Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in lead generation and handling international clients to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial client engagement to negotiation and deal closure.
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and work with internal teams to shape suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and commercial discussions in coordination with technical and marketing teams.
- Conduct sales calls and meetings to ensure clear communication, scope alignment, and defined next steps.
- Manage follow-ups and sales pipeline movement to ensure timely deal progression.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clear ownership and accountability.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation to support performance tracking and forecasting.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal handovers post-sale to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level US-based clients.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Demonstrated strength in client relationship management, negotiation, and follow-up.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience selling web design, development, SEO, AI or SaaS services.
