Key Responsibilities.
- Drive service sales to meet ₹4 to 7 Cr annual revenue target
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in both public and private sector
- Promote TÜV SÜD's core services including TPI, safety audits, certifications, and process safety.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term contracts
- Manage empanelment and registration processes with key clients and industry bodies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored, standards-compliant proposals.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and foster repeat business.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and client need
Requirements
Experience: 5–10 years in B2B service sales or business development in Oil, Gas, Refinery, or Chemical sectors.
Industry Know-How: In-depth understanding of TPI, NDT, safety audits, certifications, and process safety.
Sales Success: Proven record in generating leads, closing deals, and managing large accounts.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic Planning: Ability to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
Education: - B.E./B.Tech or M.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
