Role Description: The Client Servicing and Sales Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for leading client relationships, understanding business objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of social media and influencer marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing client servicing teams, managing key accounts, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving new business opportunities.
The role involves coordinating with internal creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The Client Servicing and Sales Head will also monitor performance metrics, provide regular updates and reporting to clients, and contribute to the agency’s revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing and sales, preferably in a social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing agency.
- Strong client-facing experience, including Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term relationships and account growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proven track record in driving Customer Satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, strategic guidance, and consistent delivery quality.
- Working knowledge of Finance concepts related to budgeting, pricing, revenue forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Leadership experience managing teams, setting performance goals, and mentoring team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
