About the Rol
eWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head – Commercial Leasing to lead our commercial leasing business and drive strategic revenue growth. This leadership role is responsible for managing the complete commercial leasing lifecycle, including business development, client acquisition, property marketing, transaction management, lease negotiations, landlord engagement, and team leadership
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate leasing, a strong network within the corporate occupier ecosystem, and a proven ability to close high-value leasing transactions across office, retail, industrial, warehouse, and mixed-use development
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial leasing function and drive revenue growth across Bengaluru's key commercial micro-markets.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new leasing opportunities and expand the client portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate occupiers, developers, investors, landlords, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Understand client business requirements and provide tailored commercial leasing solutions.
- Manage the complete leasing cycle, from lead generation and property identification to negotiations, transaction closure, and post-lease relationship management.
- Negotiate commercial lease agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the organizations.
- Monitor commercial real estate market trends, rental benchmarks, vacancy rates, upcoming developments, and regulatory changes.
- Identify new business opportunities and support expansion into emerging commercial corridors and high-growth markets.
- Collaborate with research, legal, advisory, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of leasing transactions.
- Prepare client presentations, leasing proposals, financial analyses, and strategic reports.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM, networking, referrals, and proactive business development initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the commercial leasing team to achieve individual and organizational performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Experience Required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Leasing.
- Proven track record of closing high-value commercial leasing transactions
- Strong understanding of commercial lease structures, occupancy strategies, and real estate regulations.
- Experience working with corporate occupiers, developers, institutional investors, and brokerage firms
- Established professional network within the commercial real estate ecosystem.
- Experience in business development, strategic account management, and revenue generation.
