Compensation: ₹14–20 Lakhs CTC per annum (₹10–15 Lakhs Fixed + Performance-Linked Incentives)
Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 8 years in hospital sales)
About the RoleJajoo Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced sales leader to spearhead business growth across South India. The role demands an entrepreneurial professional with a proven track record in building high-performing teams, developing institutional business, and driving profitable growth in the healthcare sector.
This is a leadership role with complete ownership of the South Zone, focused on scaling the business, strengthening the brand, and creating a high-performance sales organization.
Key Responsibilities- Build and lead a high-performing sales team across South India while driving a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance.
- Develop business with the Top 50 Corporate Hospital Groups across the region by securing approvals, strengthening relationships, and increasing market penetration.
- Achieve zonal revenue, profitability, and growth targets through effective sales planning, distributor management, and execution excellence.
- Formulate and execute strategic business plans to expand market share, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate long-term growth.
- Lead channel development and key account management, ensuring strong distributor partnerships and superior customer engagement.
- 10+ years of experience in Medical Devices, Medical Consumables, Surgical Products, or Healthcare Sales.
- Minimum 8 years of experience selling directly to hospitals.
- Proven experience managing multi-state sales operations and leading sales teams.
- Strong exposure to corporate hospital chains and institutional business.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad or Bengaluru.
