Anokhi Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales team for premium residential projects across Bengaluru. We are looking for confident, energetic and ambitious candidates who want to build a successful career in real estate sales.
This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced sales professionals. Previous real estate experience is not mandatory for freshers. Complete project and sales training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities
- Connect with customers who enquire about residential properties
- Understand their budget, preferred location and property requirements
- Recommend suitable premium residential projects
- Explain project details, pricing, offers and payment plans
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers
- Build strong customer relationships and handle queries confidently
- Update customer interactions and follow-ups regularly in the CRM
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates interested in starting a career in sales
- Candidates with 0–4 years of sales experience
- Candidates with real estate sales experience
- Candidates from banking, insurance, automobile, hospitality, telecom, edtech or other customer-facing sales roles
- Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers over calls and in person
- Candidates willing to work in a target-oriented environment
- Candidates comfortable coordinating customer site visits, including weekends
