About the Role
We're looking for an Assistant Manager – Media Sales to drive new business and build long-term relationships with brands and agencies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hunting new opportunities, enjoys building strategic partnerships, and understands the growing influence of creators and celebrities in modern marketing.
You'll work closely with our Talent, Campaigns, and Client Success teams to create impactful brand collaborations and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Partnerships & Sales
- Own and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Drive new business acquisition by building relationships with brands, media agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for creator-led and celebrity-led campaigns across industries.
- Grow and manage key client accounts while building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Develop tailored partnership proposals aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with Talent Management and Campaign teams to ensure seamless execution and successful campaign delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and long-term engagements.
Sales Operations
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Track opportunities through the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Follow up on commercial closures, contracts, invoices, and collections to ensure healthy revenue flow.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Media Agency Sales, Influencer Marketing, or Advertising Sales.
- Proven experience working with brands and media agencies.
- Strong network within the marketing, advertising, or creator ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable owning revenue goals.
- Passion for creator economy, celebrity partnerships, and culture-led marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
