We at Edme are hiring for Corporate Sales professionals in Kerala and Tamilnadu with potential of developing this market into Corporate Insurance space.

Role Purpose
:Drive corporate business acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with corporate clients for insurance and risk management solutions
.Key Responsibilities
- :Identify and acquire new corporate clients across target industries
- .Generate business opportunities for Group Health, Property, Liability, Employee Benefits, and other insurance solutions
- .Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Finance Heads, and key decision-makers
- .Understand client requirements and propose suitable insurance and risk management solutions
- .Lead end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, closure, and onboarding
- .Coordinate with internal broking, underwriting, and servicing teams to ensure seamless execution
- .Drive renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- .Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- .Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates
- .Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements
.Desired Candidate Profile
- :Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- .Experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Sales / Insurance Broking / Employee Benefits / General Insurance
- .Strong network with corporate decision-makers
- .Proven track record in business acquisition and revenue generation
- .Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- .Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach
