Role Description The Corporate Sales Manager role at emHealth is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new corporate clients, develop sales strategies, and manage end-to-end sales cycles. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, presenting solutions to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, to bring in corporate customers.
The Corporate Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align sales operations with business objectives and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients. This role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and contributing to revenue growth within the corporate segment.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills with experience in corporate Sales and Sales Operations.
- Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining and growing key corporate relationships.
- Ability to drive Lead Generation through multiple channels and convert opportunities into closed business.
- Customer Service orientation, ensuring responsive and solutions-focused support to corporate clients.
- Experience in healthcare, (diagnostics, insurance) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with targets, analyze sales data, and prepare performance reports.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
