About us
Prompt is a founder-led US real estate group operating across property management, mortgage, and real estate in the Houston, Texas market. We are a small, close-knit team in an active growth phase, and we are building the marketing and operational backbone to scale.
Location: Remote — India
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday

Why we're hiring
Our communication and marketing run in parallel across our brands, and right now it is fragmented. We want one capable person to own inbox management and marketing from a single seat and to support the owner day-to-day, so that as we grow, nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll do
Your main focus is inbox management and marketing, and the two feed each other. What lands in the inbox tells you what clients, tenants, and leads are asking about, and that shapes the content and campaigns you put out.
Inbox and marketing (your core)
- Own the group's shared inboxes: read, triage, respond, route, and turn recurring questions into content and campaign ideas
- Plan and run marketing across our brands (property management, mortgage, real estate): social content, email campaigns, simple graphics (Canva or similar), and listing and service promotion
- Track engagement and adjust what is working
Supporting the owner (alongside the core)
- Manage the owner's calendar and scheduling
- Handle light operational admin (documents, coordination, follow-ups) as it comes up
You will work directly with the owner. Either marketing or administration can be your stronger side, but you will own both. This is a role with real room to grow as you learn how the business grows.
Hours & availability
Core hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, and we keep scheduling flexible and supportive wherever we can. Evenings, weekends, and US holidays are yours. All we ask is the occasional glance at the inbox so anything urgent doesn't sit too long. There is no work to do on weekends or holidays, and no expectation beyond a quick look now and then.
Who we're looking for
- 1–3 years across inbox/communications and marketing, or a strong base in one with a real willingness to own the other
- Capable and self-directed in your day-to-day, and genuinely eager to learn and grow with a small company
- Marketing work you can show: social content, email campaigns, basic design
- Strong written English for both client emails and marketing copy
- Organized and dependable across inbox, calendar, and campaign workflows
- Comfortable with marketing tools (Canva, social schedulers, email platforms)
- Comfortable in a remote setup working US CST hours long-term
- Looking for a long-term role at a small, growing company
Preferred (not required)
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar)
- Basic SEO knowledge (a plus, not required)
- Exposure to US real estate, mortgage, or property management
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT). We use AI daily.
Compensation
- ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (₹4.20L – ₹4.80L CTC)
- Payment monthly, 1st–5th for prior month, INR direct bank transfer
- Notice period: 30 days
- Fully remote. You provide reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset.
Reporting
Reports directly to the owner.
