Job Responsibilities:• Assist in documenting and organizing Customer Experience (CX) processes.• Assist in analyzing and preparing documentation and knowledge base to support AI training needs.• Support updating SOPs, guidelines, and other documents to reflect current operations.• Identify outdated or incomplete documents and flag them for improvement.• Assist in preparing documentation for internal reference and training purposes.• Organize and maintain documentation files for easy retrieval.• Support the team in reducing documentation backlog. Job Requirements:• Final-year student or fresh graduate from any discipline.• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information in a structured manner.• Good written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).• Basic understanding of SOP, documentation, or knowledge management is an advantage.• Familiar with Microsoft and/or Google Workspace environment.• Ability to work systematically, follow guidelines, and meet deadlines.• Proactive in asking questions and clarifying ambiguous information.
