Job Description
TP Indonesia looking for Technical Support position (can join IMMEDIATELY)?RDTX Square, South Jakarta (Onsite Working Arrangement) ? Key Responsibilities- Act as the technical subject matter expert for external-facing teams.- Handling customer's problems and issues regarding ads manager, related to the JSON, Rest API, SQL, Problem solving- Serve as the first point of contact for incidents related to Ad Platform and advertiser-facing tools.- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, platform incidents, and integration issues within Spotify Ads Manager.- Escalate complex technical issues to Engineering and manage live issue coordination.- Provide timely incident updates and gather relevant information from cross-functional stakeholders.- Assist in testing new integrations and capabilities, including SDKs, APIs, and third-party custom integrations.- Maintain detailed and clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders. ? Requirements- Have strong understanding in Technical Support / Platform Support / AdTech Support / API Support roles.- Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.- Fluent in English (C1 level – written and verbal).- Willing to work in Shifting shedule.- Willing to work for 6 months contract (extendable based on performance)
