Job ResponsibilitySupport the Head of Department in planning, coordinating, and supervising operations.Act as a communication bridge between local and international teams.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and technical documentation in three languages.Oversee project execution to meet deadlines and quality standards.Provide strategic input to improve efficiency and productivity.Requirement:Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, industrial or related major.Proficiency in three languages: Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures.Experience in manufacturing/engineering is an advantage.Able to work both independently and in a team, with strong result orientation.Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills.Placement in Tjiwi Kimia Mills, Mojokerto
