Job Title: Presales SupportLocation: Bintan, IndonesiaDirect Manager: Operations Manager Responsibilities:Provide administrative and operational support to Business Development Managers (BDMs)Assist in preparing, creating, and issuing quotations to customersFollow up on submitted quotations and update status accordinglyMaintain CRM hygiene by ensuring accurate and timely data entryAssist BDMs in capturing and updating daily sales activities in Reddot CRMCoordinate internally with relevant departments to gather information required for quotationsTrack quotation progress and support BDMs in meeting response timelinesMaintain organized records of quotations, customer communications, and supporting documentsSupport sales-related documentation and reporting as required
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldsMinimum 1 (one) year of experience in sales support, pre-sales, or administrative role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantageProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience using CRM systems (Reddot CRM or similar) is an advantageGood understanding of quotation processes and sales support activitiesStrong attention to detail and good data management skillsGood communication and coordination skillsAble to multitask and manage follow-ups effectivelyProactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
