In this role, you will support the CEO, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, and the Investments and Funding Team. Your three years of experience will aid in managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling expense reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage executive calendars and prioritize meetings • Act as primary contact for the CEO and Legal Services • Arrange travel logistics including accommodations • Coordinate meticulous details for meetings • Prepare materials for Board and Committee discussions Requirements: • Diploma in Administration, Business, or related field • Minimum three years supporting senior executives • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Zoom • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Discretion in handling sensitive information Support the ATRF team's success through expert executive assistance and operational efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
