Support Sagard's executives in Toronto as an Executive Assistant. Manage busy schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee travel logistics while working in a dynamic office environment. In this full-time role, you will assist three North American executives, ensuring seamless coordination across calendars and time zones.
Your responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, organizing events, and providing crucial administrative support to enhance team operations. You will also back up the Office Coordinator and utilize tools like Affinity and Concur to improve workflow.
