A global crypto exchange is seeking a Head of HR to lead its people strategy and HR operations across multiple regions. The role reports directly to the founder and will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued global growth.

ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the global HR and administration function across multiple offices.Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.Act as a strategic HR business partner to trading, product, technology, and corporate teams.Oversee talent management, performance management, organizational planning, and HR policies.Manage and develop a global HR and administrative team.

RequirementsStrong experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role.Prior experience in crypto, trading, fintech, or fast-paced technology environments.Good understanding of business operations and the ability to partner with senior leadership.Fluent Mandarin and English required.Experience managing distributed or international HR teams.
