Global Talent Acquisition Specialist - Web3 / Tech / IT

This is a fully remote role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our HR team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with experience in the Web 3 industry. This role is crucial in helping us build a strong team to drive our mission forward. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesSource and attract candidates through various channelsScreen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managersManage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experienceMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activityAssist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talentProvide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managersSupport other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:3-5+ Year of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the investment, fin-tech, crypto industryEffective communication in both Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin and English speaking stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managersAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to deliver and drive for results under pressure in a fast paced environment.Strong values, ethics and integrityTalent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto/Investment companies would be a plus
