Role Overview
The HR & Admin Executive / Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The role involves handling the complete employee lifecycle—from hiring to exit—while ensuring compliance, process efficiency, and employee engagement.
The incumbent will work closely with internal teams to manage joining formalities, attendance and payroll coordination, performance management processes, and exit procedures, along with maintaining accurate HR records and MIS reports. The role also requires a basic understanding of statutory compliances and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
In addition, the position will support performance management activities (KRAs/KPIs, appraisals, feedback cycles), coordinate training and development initiatives, and actively contribute to employee engagement programs. The individual will also assist in HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives as required.
On the administrative side, the role includes ensuring proper coordination of office operations, vendor support, and general administrative efficiency to create a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire)
· Handle onboarding, time office/attendance, payroll coordination, PMS, and exit formalities
· Support and ensure adherence to statutory compliance and applicable regulations
· Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of HR policies and procedures
· Contribute to setting departmental goals, processes, and system improvements
· Analyse HR reports and support evaluation of departmental performance against defined objectives
· Maintain and manage accurate HR MIS reports and employee data records
· Support managers in performance management processes including KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, feedback cycles, and timelines
· Assist in implementing performance improvement plans and training & development initiatives
· Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
· Participate in HR projects, audits, and organizational initiatives as assigned
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and process efficiency
· Manage petty cash and ensure proper tracking and reconciliation
· Handle vendor management including coordination, payments, and follow-ups
· Oversee and manage monthly bills and expense processing
· Maintain and monitor asset management, including IT assets
· Coordinate IT costing, asset repairs, and maintenance
· Manage staff welfare expenses and related costing
· Prepare and share monthly provisions for admin and operational expenses
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
· MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field with 3-4 years of minimum experience
· BBA/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 5-7 years of minimum experience
Required Skills
· Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (hire to retire)
· Working knowledge of payroll, attendance (time office), and HR operations
· Basic knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Labour laws)
· Experience in performance management systems (KRAs, KPIs, appraisals)
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRMS tools
· Ability to manage and analyze HR MIS reports
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong coordination and stakeholder management ability
· Problem-solving and analytical thinking
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
