Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with our established client in the global energy andcommodities trade industry, and they are now looking for a HR Advisor to join their reputable team in Singapore. They are extremely passionate about their people and have a collaborative culture that value expertise, integrity, and forward-thinking solutions.

As a HR Advisor, you will report to the Senior HR Business Partner to support the end-toend HR processes for Asia. You will work alongside the wider HR team as well to cover all aspects of HR and ensure processes and ways of working are efficient and streamlined. This is a great career opportunity for any HR Advisor who is looking to be more involved strategically, as the business is in the process of rolling out exciting global initiatives in next few years.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience, preferably from Oil and Gas/Commodities/Energy industry or Financial Services Industry. The HR Advisor needs to be highly energetic and must be prepared to roll up their sleeves and think outside the box. You must be able to work with all levels of employees, as well as influence stakeholders.

Experience covering Southeast Asia region as well as Japan, Korea and China would be highly advantageous.
