HR Manager (L&OD, Tech Industry)

We are seeking a candidate to support leadership development programmes, including the design and delivery of workshops, co-ordination with stakeholders, and administration of leadership initiatives.

What to expect:Assist in refining organisational development workshop lesson plans tailored to divisional needs and support facilitation using authentic case studies.Support the delivery and administration of leadership programmes, including stakeholder engagement, curriculum coordination with external partners, and updates to standard operating procedures.Assist with leadership development initiatives such as leadership milestone programmes and senior leadership 360-degree feedback processes.Provide operational and secretariat support for capability development initiatives and the organisation’s Centre of Excellence system.Manage learning and development operations including training budgets, learning management systems, learning analytics dashboards, AI-enabled automation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Who we are looking for:Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in leadership, organisational, or HR development.Knowledge of OD frameworks and methodologies, curriculum development experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, project management capabilities.
