Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join Rémy Cointreau’s subsidiary in Singapore as HRBP – TA cum L&D. The successful candidate will support Regional HR Director in driving the Talent agenda (Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development).
Key responsibilities include:A. Learning & Development (L&D)Collaborate with business stakeholder to review training needs, identify training gaps, design and propose training interventions.Work with subject matter specialist internally to design and develop a robust people development programmes aligned with Business strategy.Lead and see through all learning roll-out implementations.Manage employees training records and lead the evaluation of training effectiveness, including evaluation analysis and report.Coach and guide managers in driving adoption of learning initiatives.Track and report the training records of all employee in this region.B. Talent Acquisition (TA)Lead and drive full cycle of recruitment from searching for candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, salary proposals to following up on acceptance and confirmation of commencement date.Drive and establish consistence recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices across this region.Support hiring managers in implementing and monitoring the progress of TA to drive recruitment excellence, employer branding and onboarding.Provide TA status update to Global and attend monthly global TA calls.Collaborate with global/regional team and see through all internal mobility cases.Status tracking of all hiring requests.C.
Ad-hoc support for HR operations.
The ideal candidate will bring to the role:Bachelors Degree in Human Resource.At least 6 years of key stakeholder management experience.Proven record in framing and implementing training programs.Coaching, influencing, problem solving and facilitation skills.Experience with behavioural interviewing skills and proficiency on LinkedIn platform.Strong regional partnership abilities, relationship building and influencing skills – with business leaders, strategic partners and HR community.Good understanding of the employment landscape, trends, practices and employment act/other local regulatory.Well versed in local labour laws.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
