Job Description
Role OverviewThe HR Executive will play a key role in supporting end-to-end HR operations and ensuring smooth execution of people-related processes across the organization. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation in compliance with local regulations Assist in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management Partner with internal stakeholders to support hiring needs and talent acquisition activities Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies across relevant jurisdictions Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as the company scales Provide administrative and operational HR support to the regional team RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Minimum 4 years of HR experience, ideally within infrastructure, energy, or related sectors Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
