Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee manpower planning, recruitment, payroll compliance, and employee engagement across our expanding operations. Manage a workforce of over 300 employees at all levels, from operators and technicians to department heads and senior management.

What You BringDegree in HR / Business or other related disciplineMore tham 5 years HR experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industryStrong knowledge of SG employment laws & MOM regulationsPractical experience with foreign workforce & payroll systemsExcellent communication, integrity & problem-solving skills
