Job Description
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Clarify the recruitment demand,provide the talent fullfillment solution ,monitor the recruitment progress,ensure the recruitment completion within the reasonable expectation.C&B & Compliance: Supervise payroll administration and attendance tracking; ensure 100% compliance and accuracy.Performance & Development: Execute performance appraisal systems and identify training gaps to enhance workforce productivity and technical skills.Labor Relations: Manage employee grievances and maintain a proactive dialogue with the workforce to ensure a stable industrial relations environment.Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the HR team, optimizing internal workflows to provide high-quality service to all departments. Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of HR experience——all HR functions—Recruitment, C&B, Training, Performance, and Employee Relations, with at least 3 years in a management role within manufacturing industry.English: Professional proficiency(speaking/istening/writing/reading)
