We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor & Procurement Specialist with experience in office interior fit-outs. The role will focus on cost estimation, BOQ preparation, vendor management, and procurement coordination to ensure efficient project execution within budget and timelines.
Role & ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support tendering and project execution.Extract and compute accurate quantities from construction drawings for all project activities.Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents to validate scope and pricing.Conduct rate analysis for additional works and negotiate pricing with vendors.Maintain and manage documentation, trackers, and reports in a structured manner.Handle documentation and workflows on platforms such as R-Dash and SAP.Collaborate with internal teams including design, project management, procurement, and billing for seamless execution.Support in delivering cost-effective workspace solutions aligned with client requirements.Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and quality benchmarks.
Skillset requiredExperience in office interior fit-outs, specifically in QS and procurement roles.Strong proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.Good understanding of commercials, costing, and vendor negotiations.Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and negotiation capabilitiesA collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset
