An opportunity has become available for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join a close-knit corporate team supporting stakeholders nationally.
This is a role for someone who enjoys creating order, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in ensuring things are done professionally and consistently. You'll be the person people rely on – whether that's supporting stakeholders, maintaining systems and processes, preparing professional communications or ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day.
About the Role
This is a varied position combining office management, systems administration and senior business support. You'll play a key role in ensuring the office is professional, organised and operating efficiently, while supporting teams across the business.
Office Operations
- Ensure the office is professional, organised and welcoming each day
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery and kitchen provisions
- Manage facilities, service providers and general office logistics
- Support visitors and handle incoming enquiries
- Maintain shared spaces and assist with day-to-day office requirements
Systems and Process Coordination
- Manage Microsoft Teams channels, planners and collaboration spaces
- Maintain SharePoint, OneDrive and internal filing systems
- Support document control and business records
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Coordinate system access and day-to-day IT support requirements
Administration and Communication
- Prepare professional documents, presentations and correspondence
- Support stakeholders across the business
- Maintain a high standard of written communication and attention to detail
- Ensure documents and communications are accurate, polished and consistent
- Coordinate meetings, internal communications and business information
Leadership and Collaboration
- Support and mentor the Administration Officer
- Build strong relationships across the business
- Work collaboratively in a small team environment
- Contribute wherever required and lead by example
About You
You are someone who:
- Has experience in office management, senior administration or business support
- Has advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong experience with Microsoft Teams
- Understands Teams beyond video calls and is comfortable setting up channels, planners and collaboration spaces
- Has experience using SharePoint, OneDrive or similar systems
- Produces high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail
- Takes pride in professional communication and strong written English
- Follows established processes and maintains consistency in documentation and communication
- Remains calm and organised when managing competing priorities
- Enjoys improving processes and finding better ways of working
- Is confident working with a variety of stakeholders
- Understands that in a small team environment everyone contributes and no task is too small

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
