At NewKind Fertility, we're building a modern fertility and wellness platform focused on supporting patients through education, guidance, and structured care programs.

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven On-Ground Sales Executives to represent NewKind in Delhi by building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals. While our headquarters are based in Hyderabad, this is a field-based role focused on the Delhi market.

 What You'll Do

• Meet doctors and healthcare professionals at clinics and hospitals across Delhi on a regular basis.

• Introduce and explain NewKind Fertility's programs and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners.

• Onboard doctors into the NewKind referral network.

• Generate patient referrals through partner doctors and clinics.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and strengthen existing partnerships.

• Track outreach activities and contribute towards growth targets.

Requirements

• Freshers to 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Healthcare Sales, or related roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiastic, energetic, and confident personality.

• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

• Comfortable meeting doctors and healthcare professionals on a daily basis.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi for field visits.
