Role Overview
We are seeking a well-networked Regional Sales Manager - BFSI to lead our go-to-market and sales efforts for enterprise software solutions and customised technology projects, with a focus on the BFSI domain in India.
The ideal candidate should be deeply connected within the BFSI ecosystem (with specific focus on Banking) and should have strong existing relations with the decision makers, who understands enterprise sales and has the capability to drive deals from identification to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and build strong relationships with CXOs and decision makers – CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Audit, Risk, Innovation, etc., within public and private sector banks and other financial institutions.
- Leverage your existing network (especially in Mumbai , GIFT City and other financial hubs) for empanelment with banks, as well as secure mandates for upcoming projects and generate quality leads.
- Lead end-to-end sales for SettleMint India’s software solution in the BFSI space.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Present, pitch, and demonstrate product solutions involving AI, Blockchain, Internal Audit Automation, CBDC, Stable coin and digital trade finance.
- Manage the entire bid lifecycle, including responding to RFPs, coordinating bid submissions, and handling contract negotiations.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to help refine product offerings and influence the product roadmap.
Qualification and Requirement
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on BFSI clients.
- Demonstrated track record of selling technology solutions to banks and other financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of banking process and compliance-driven sales environments.
- Strong network within the BFSI ecosystem.
- Previous Experience with AI, Blockchain solutions, CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency), Stable Coin and trade finance is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred, preferably with an additional background in IT / Engineering.
