We are looking for a Sales & Business Development team members with an entrepreneurial mind set, target driven, can travel for client meetings, demo and project kick off. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Sales / Business Development professionals based in Bengaluru/ Delhi -NCR/ Mumbai or Pune, Chennai. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and fostering relationships with potential clients.
Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, customer outreach, and maintaining robust customer service and communication channels. This is an on-site role requiring daily collaboration with team members and clients.Roles & responsibilities1) Meet prospective doctors, clinics, hospitals & execute effective product demonstrations, emphasising product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution2) Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities 3) Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan including Outbound and Inbound prospect management4) Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals5) Participating in conferences, tradeshows & events representing the company for brand awareness6) Capability to connect product value proposition with customer requirements7) Daily reporting on Sales Tools/ CRM8) Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilitiesQualifications & desired skill set1) Min 2-5 years of total Sales/ BD experience2) Proven working experience in a Healthcare / MedTech / Pharma / Direct Sales. 3) Proven sales track record & experience in customer support is a plus4) Medical device market knowledge5) Ability to build rapport / Time management and planning skills6) MBA graduates in business administration, sales or relevant field7) Experience – 2 to 4 years in relevant field8) Travel 50-75%9) Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.Location – Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, ChennaiBachelor's degree in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior Exp in - MedTech / Healthcare / Pharma / Direct Sales / B2C.Excellent Communication Skills and Customer Service experienceProficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniquesAbility to work independently and as part of a team
