About the Role
Super Creations is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Fire Curtain business across India.
The ideal candidate should have a strong network with MEP consultants, architects, fire consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), builders, developers, and EPC contractors. The candidate should possess a basic understanding of Passive Fire Protection and have proven experience in specification and project sales within the construction industry.
The primary responsibility will be to generate project specifications, develop new business opportunities, and convert them into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the Fire Curtain business across India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, architects, fire consultants, PMCs, builders, developers, and EPC contractors.
- Promote Fire Curtain systems and ensure product specifications are incorporated into project designs and tender documents.
- Identify and pursue upcoming commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, airport, metro, and data centre projects.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for consultants and customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and engineering teams to provide project-specific solutions and design support.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
- Monitor project progress from specification to final order execution.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company's products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare periodic sales reports.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 5–12 years of experience in Project Sales, Specification Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Passive Fire Protection, Fire & Life Safety, Fire Curtains, Fire Doors, Building Materials, HVAC, Construction Products, or related industries.
- Established relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, and decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Experience in handling large project sales and consultant approvals will be an added advantage.

- Valid driving licence preferred.
