Your Role
You will become the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns.
Every day, qualified prospects contact us looking for planning and architectural advice.
Your responsibility is to manage these enquiries from the first conversation through to a confirmed appointment with our architects.

Key Responsibilities
* Contact new inbound enquiries immediately
* Qualify prospects and understand their project requirements
* Build trust and rapport with UK homeowners and developers
* Explain our services professionally
* Book consultations into the architects’ calendars
* Follow up consistently until appointments are confirmed
* Reduce no-shows through reminder calls and messages
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Work closely with architects and the Commercial Manager
* Achieve daily and monthly booking targets

Team Structure
You will work alongside three specialist delivery Pods.
Each Pod consists of:
* Senior Architect
* Supporting Architect
* Sales Development Representative
Your role is to keep each Pod’s calendar full of qualified meetings.

Performance Expectations
Target:
* 3 confirmed appointments per Pod per day
* 3 Pods
* Approximately 26 working days per month
This equals:
9 confirmed meetings per day
or
234 confirmed meetings per month

Salary
Base Salary
USD $150 per month
Performance Incentive
USD $1 for every confirmed client who attends their scheduled consultation (Show-Up).
Example:
* 3 Pods
* 3 confirmed show-ups per Pod per day
* 26 working days
Performance Show up Bonus:
3 × 3 × 26 = 234 Show-Ups
234 × $1 = USD $234 Bonus
Monthly Earnings Example
Base Salary:
USD $150
Performance Bonus (based on targets):
USD $400
Total Monthly Earnings = USD $550
Top performers who consistently exceed targets can earn significantly more as additional incentive schemes and career progression become available.
