Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and new business development by acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role involves engaging with Hotels, Restaurants and Cafés (HORECA), managing distributors, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop business opportunities across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés and other HORECA accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions to enhance customer experience and business relationships.
• Manage distributors and support effective sales and market coverage within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide inputs for business growth strategies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively present, pitch and promote products to customers.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and weekly sales activity and pipeline reports to monitor progress.
• Organize promotional and brand activation activities within approved budgets and in consultation with the reporting manager.
• Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings, market visits and business development activities.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 0–1 years of sales experience, with FMCG / HORECA industry exposure preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Self-driven, hardworking and capable of working independently with a strong sales focus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
