Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager – IT Staff Augmentation
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 7+ Years
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in IT Staff Augmentation and Enterprise Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with enterprise customers while achieving revenue and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition through strategic hunting and business development initiatives.
- Build and manage relationships with Enterprise Accounts, Procurement Teams, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition leaders.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Own the complete sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, proposal creation, commercial negotiations, MSA/SOW discussions, and deal closures.
- Partner closely with Delivery and Recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Monitor pipeline health, sales forecasts, revenue targets, and account profitability.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Legal teams for seamless onboarding and commercial execution.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation Sales.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise client acquisition and account growth.
- Strong understanding of Contract Staffing, Resource Augmentation, and IT Recruitment services.
- Experience negotiating commercial contracts, pricing models, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Delivery, Recruitment, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving revenue and sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling IT staffing solutions to Enterprise clients across BFSI, Technology, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or similar industries.
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
